Get to Know AeroAccess Home Banking!

Over the years, our product offerings have evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of our members. In 2010, AFCU was one of the first credit unions to roll out a mobile app. Since that time, smartphone adoption has soared amongst all demographics of society; what was once a niche offering has become the platform of choice for many AFCU members. As our usage of these devices has become more sophisticated, our expectations of what can be done with them has expanded as well. As a result, we have developed state-of-the-art Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. We are excited about all the features included with AeroAccess Home Banking!

Sign up for AeroAccess Home Banking Online:

To sign up for AeroAccess Home Banking services visit our homepage and click on the "New User" link in the AeroAccess Home Banking box. You will need to provide the following information during the process:

  • Account:  This is your six-digit account number, starting with a ‘1’
  • Random CAPTCHA Code:  Type the characters you see displayed in the box on the screen
  • Call24 PIN:  This is the Call24 PIN number you were issued at your account opening. If you do not remember your Call24 PIN, contact the credit union at (800) 795-2325 option 2 to have your Call24 PIN reset

It is important you have your six-digit account number to complete this process. If you don't know your account number, you can find it on your monthly print statement or eStatement, or you can contact our Member Service Representatives at (800) 795-2325. The remaining steps of the process will ask you to provide information about your account to verify your identity. You will be asked to establish a new User ID and password as part of this process.

Sign up for AeroAccess through the AeroAccess Mobile App:

  • Search for "Aerospace Federal Credit Union" in the Google Play or Apple App Store
  • Download and open the AeroAccess app
  • Login using your existing AeroAccess username and password. First-time AeroAccess users can tap "Need a Login?" (Apple/iOS) or "New User Login" (Android) and follow the steps to login
  • Start using all the cool features!

Here is a summary of some of the features you can expect:

  • Zelle® – a fast, safe and free way to send and receive money with friends, family and other people you trust, wherever they bank. All you need is their email address or U.S. mobile number and an AFCU Checking Account.
  • MoneyDesktop – We realize that you likely have financial relationships with other financial institutions. What most of us are missing is the ability to manage those accounts from one central location with a service provider you can trust. The MoneyDesktop feature lets you manage those funds in one central place, create a budget, track your spending habits and even keep track your net worth!
  • Visa® Credit Card Integration – We have integrated our AFCU Visa credit card information into the AeroAccess internet and mobile banking services. Get your balance, see your account history, make a payment and check your Rewards points balance all without having to go to another site.
  • Mortgage Loan Integration – We have improved the AFCU mortgage loan experience by making your mortgage loan viewable via the AeroAccess internet banking service. No additional sign-on is needed to view your mortgage loan details, make payments, view statements, etc.
  • Improved Account Maintenance – You can now manage your address, phone number and email address while in the internet banking application. No more filling out paperwork when these things change; just log in and change them as needed!
  • Enhanced Online Security – Choose to strengthen your internet banking login with a supplemental, one-time security code that can either be sent via email or text message to your smartphone. This authentication method helps to protect the integrity of your account.
  • Online Check Withdrawals – Back by popular demand: You can now request a check withdrawal from your savings or checking account directly from within AeroAccess. The checks will be made payable to you and are mailed to the address on file no later than one business day following the request.
  • Free Online Bill Pay – Input all of your utility, cell phone and credit card bills into our system and pay everything on one Website. You have the flexibility to set up one-time or recurring payments.
  • Mobile Deposit History – Not sure if you have already deposited that check via the mobile app? The new app will now show your deposit history, complete with an image of the check, so you’ll know for sure if the item has already been deposited.
  • Enhanced Mobile App Features – More members are using their smartphone as their primary banking device and we've ensured that the most commonly used features of our internet banking site are also available on our mobile app. New mobile features include: Transfers to all of your share/loan/cross-accounts, ability to view check images, view your mobile deposit, ability to view your eStatements, and track all of your financial relationships with MoneyDesktop.
  • Debit Card Offers – Get outstanding deals by utilizing your AFCU Debit Card. Offers can be accepted via our mobile app and the rebates are automatically deposited to your checking account!
