Aerospace Federal Credit Union is always striving to meet and exceed the financial needs of our membership. Based on your feedback, we've invested in a more modern, secure, and user-friendly digital banking platform that provides you with a seamless experience and more robust features.

On July 15, 2025, AFCU is excited to introduce a new and improved AeroAccess online and mobile banking experience!

We've kept all the existing features and added new ones that include:

• A new and improved user interface for desktop and mobile applications that makes administering your account a breeze
   
• Modern Two-Factor Authentication Security that helps keep your account protected from unauthorized users. Use email, SMS, voice, or Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) tools such as Google Authenticator to secure your account
   
• Manage your AFCU debit and credit cards with ease! Turn your card on/off, stay informed with usage alerts, and set travel notifications to ensure your card is working while you are away
   
• Update your AFCU debit or credit card at select merchant sites when you are issued a new card
   
• Shared Access allows you to easily grant access to your accounts. Enable family members to transfer funds to your/from your account as needed. Perfect for assisting your children or parents with their finances
   
• Send Domestic wire transfers from within AeroAccess
   
• Take advantage of new tools to categorize your spending
   
• Easily make changes to your direct deposit allocations
   

What You Need to Get Started

Here are a few tips to help you have a smooth conversion experience when you log into the new AeroAccess on or after July 15, 2025:

• AFCU Account Number – Make sure you have your AFCU Account Number (typically a six-digit number starting with a ‘1’) handy when you log in. You will find your account number on your most recent member statement. Member statements can be viewed online in the existing AeroAccess system by logging in and navigating to Accounts -> Statements. Statements can also be viewed in the existing AFCU Mobile apps by choosing eStatements from the AeroAccess mobile app menu. 
   
• AeroAccess Username and Password – If you are an existing user of AeroAccess, it is important to make sure you know your current AeroAccess username and password and that you have logged into your AeroAccess account recently. Accounts that have been inactive for more than nine (9) months will not be converted, which will result in you having to register for AeroAccess as a new user.
   
• Expanded Call Center Hours - AFCU Member Service staff will be available from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, July 15^th through Thursday, July 17^th to assist you with any questions you might have regarding the new platform.
