AFCU is waiving our $299 processing fee on Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) applications submitted and approved in November 2023! Our HELOC is a great resource for members who want access to funds, but don't want to touch their first mortgage. Popular uses of a HELOC include home improvements, debt consolidation, and paying for college tuition. The maximum loan amount for HELOCs has just been increased to $400,000.
