A lot has changed since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and I want to share with you some insights that will help you to better manage your banking relationship with AFCU.

We have limited branch access. Our branch in El Segundo is currently open, however, The Aerospace Corporation has restricted campus access to non-badged individuals because of the pandemic. For those members with approved badge credentials, the credit union lobby is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am to 4pm and Wednesday 10am to 4pm.

We look forward to the time when all our members can come back and visit us in our branch. Until then, non-badged individuals can contact the AFCU Call Center for assistance at (800) 795-2325, email, or use the live chat feature on our website between 8am and 4pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Remote access to your AFCU accounts. While physical access to the branch is limited, as a reminder, you have easy access to your AFCU accounts remotely through our free AeroAccess Home Banking platforms (online and mobile), Call24, our network of 30,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide and more than 5,500 Shared Branches. To find a network ATM or Shared Branch near you, simply type your zip code into our Locator tool at aerofcu.org/Locator. Utilize digital currency. During these extraordinary times and moving into the future, we recommend using digital currency for your daily transactions, such as our AFCU Visa® Debit or Credit cards. You can now use our debit and credit cards in most popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Fitbit Pay with your smartphone, tablet, or watch devices. We also offer robust rewards for using our cards, such as our holiday promotion of 5% Cash Back or 5 Rewards points per $1 spent on all purchases made with our credit cards Thanksgiving Day through New Year's Eve, and our Win with AFCU Debit Card Sweepstakes that features a monthly drawing to win $500 for AFCU members who make five or more purchases per month, PLUS, those that complete five or more purchases per month with our debit card, are automatically entered in the $2,500 grand prize drawing at the end of the year!
