Promotional Period: Sweepstakes promotional period runs from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
Entry Requirements: Five (5) minimum AFCU Debit Card transactions per calendar month will qualify an account holder to one (1) entry in the $500 Monthly Prize Drawing. Each Debit Card transaction after the minimum five (5) transactions will qualify an account holder to one (1) additional entry for each subsequent purchase transaction. Transactions must be a Point-of-Sale (POS) purchase transaction. Transactions must occur as Signature, Credit or PIN-based transactions. ATM related transactions are not qualifying transactions. Debit Card transactions must settle by close of business the last day of the calendar month to qualify for that month, otherwise the transaction will qualify for the next month. There will be one (1) winner selected on the fifth (5th) business day of the next calendar month from the previous month entries. There will be a total of twelve (12) monthly winners (one (1) per calendar month) of the $500 Monthly Prize Drawing. Every qualifying entry for the month for the Monthly Prize Drawing will qualify for an equal number of entries for the Year-End Grand Prize Drawing of $2,500. For example, an account holder that completes five (5) qualifying entries in each month will receive five (5) entries for each month’s $500 Monthly Prize Drawing and sixty (60) entries for the $2,500 Year-End Grand Prize Drawing. The winner of the Year-End Grand Prize Drawing will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries and notified no later than January 10, 2025.
Name of winners will be available on the Credit Union website (aerofcu.org) after they have accepted their prize(s). Credit Union will contact prize winner(s) by phone on the day of the drawing. Prize(s) must be accepted by the winner(s) within five (5) business days of the day of the drawing. Prizes that are not claimed during the redemption period become property of the Credit Union and may be used in a future Sweepstakes.

Eligibility Requirements: All applicants and entries in the $500 Monthly Prize Drawing and $2,500 Grand-Prize Drawing are subject to validation of eligibility prior to entry into the drawing(s). All transactions must be posted and/or entries by mail must be received by the close of business on the last business day of each calendar month for the $500 Monthly Prize Drawing and by close of business the last day of the promotional period for the $2,500 Grand-Prize Drawing. Entrants randomly chosen to receive a prize must be a current AFCU member or eligible for AFCU membership at the time of the Monthly Prize Drawing(s) and Grand-Prize Drawing to collect the prize. AFCU is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or misposted entries.
